Dave has been a licensed REALTOR® for more than 12 years.
Dave brings the perspective of an experienced agent, giving his clients a competitive edge in this challenging market. He has established a reputable real estate practice with a large following of past clients due to his dedication to providing top-notch service and results. He has received numerous awards for his success including 5280 Magazine’s 5 Star Real Estate Agent Award in 2010, 2011 and 2012. “I am very humbled and honored as this award is based on my client’s rating their experience with me and my customer service to them”.Dave was named Realtor of theYear in 2009 by his peers at the Douglas Elbert Realtor Association. “This was a tremendous honor. Dave also holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist® Designation. A honor held by only 4% of all Realtors® nationwide.

He also obtained the National Association Of Realtors® Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource certificate. ” I know this is a difficult time for many and I want to have all the tools to help folks who are in need. Being knowledgeable in Short Sales and Foreclosures is important to my clients, both for those who need answers about selling their house as a short sale and for my clients looking to purchase foreclosed or short sale properties”.

Dave enjoys giving back to his profession and has volunteered with the Douglas Elbert Realtor® Association since he became a Realtor® in 2001. He served as a Trustee for the Metro Denver Realtor® Foundation in 2002 and as a Director for the Association Board since 2003. He served as 2007-2008 President for the Douglas Elbert Realtor® Association and as the Past President and Treasurer in 2009. He also serves as a committee member at the Colorado Association of Realtors® on the Legislative Policy Committee and was a State Association Director from 2007 through 2009.

He has volunteered his time, energy and resources for such organizations as Habitat for Humanity, Praying Hands Ranch in Elizabeth, the Helping Hands Program, Compassion International and his local church. He currently serves as an advisory Board Member for the Douglas County Housing Partnership. “Sustaining affordable housing is a priority for every community and the opportunity to be a part of Douglas County’s efforts is an honor”.
