Dave Kupernik is the Owner and Managing Broker of 24K Real Estate. 24K Real Estate, located in Parker Colorado, provides Real Estate Services throughout the entire Metro Denver Area and has a nationwide network for referring clients buying or selling out of state. His most interesting experience? Helping a client buy a townhome in Hawaii. “What a joy it was to be there in person as my friends achieved their dream of owning a home in Hawaii.”

He has established a reputable real estate practice due to his dedication to providing top-notch service and results. He has received numerous awards including 5280 Magazine’s 5 Star Real Estate Agent Award for twelve consecutive years. “I am very humbled and honored as this award is based on my client’s rating their experience with me and my customer service to them”. Dave was recently asked about the advent of online ratings; “it has been fun to watch my clients post positive reviews of our experiences together. Most of my clients are referrals and having those reviews for them to see before we even meet is a nice bonus.”

Dave was named Realtor of the Year in 2009 by the Douglas Elbert Realtor Association and received the Colorado Realtor Association’s Distinguished Service Award in 2017 and 2018. “These are tremendous honors. My goal from day one has been to give back to the Realtor Community and the Public in the manner exemplified by those Realtors who helped me in the beginning of my career. To have my peers say I have been successful in doing so is very humbling and inspiring.”

Dave holds the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist® Designation, held by only 4% of Realtors® nationwide, the National Association Of Realtors® Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource certificate and he is a member of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations. Dave and his firm belong to ERC, the worldwide relocation council for corporate relocations. He has worked with a multitude of corporations and government entities since becoming relocation certified in 2002. "Understanding the needs of transferring employees, and especially, of their families helps me provide top level service. I am proud to have received numerous awards in this specialty and to regularly be requested by those I've worked with before when they transfer again."

Dave enjoys giving back to his profession & has held many leadership positions with the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) and the Douglas Elbert Realtor® Association (DERA) including President of DERA in 2007/2008 and Government Affairs Chair for the State Association in 2017 and 2018. He currently serves the State Association as a CARPAC Trustee.

Giving back to the community is also very important to Dave. Organizations such as Wounded Warrior, Douglas County Housing Partnership, Save Our Youth, Habitat for Humanity, Praying Hands Ranch, DMAR’s Helping Hands Program, Compassion International & his local church are on the list of places he has or is currently serving.
