Colorado Foreclosures Decreasing

The number of foreclosures in Colorado is down dramatically from this time last year.

“Colorado had 1,159 foreclosure filings in April, a 68.7 percent drop from the 3,709 foreclosure filings in April 2012, according to RealtyTrac.”
