The Cooperative Compensation shown on any 24K Real Estate listing is for Buyer's Agents or Transaction Brokers unless otherwise stated. Cooperative Compensation needs to be in the fully executed Contract to Buy and Sell terms and Brokerages must complete a fully executed Brokerage Compensation Agreement between the brokerage firms.
