Denver's Housing Market Continues to Grow

In early April studies were conducted that showed a 46% increase in real estate sales from Feburary this year. It was also found that there was a 20% increase from March of 2012. What does this mean? The Denver and Denver metro real estate market is on the rise “with increasing sales prices and near-record volume of sales.”
