Number of Foreclosures in Colorado Dropped by Half

From May of 2012 to May of 2013 the number of foreclosures in Colorado has dropped by 50.5%. In may there were 1,113 foreclosure filings compared to the 2,249 last year. This number is the lowest recorded since 2007.
