Parker named in Top 50 Places to live by Money Magazine

Parker was just named #12 in Money Magazine’s list of the top 50 places to live. Not surprising given Parker’s location which makes it very desirable for those working in the Denver Tech Area and even Downtown Denver. Parker has been able to maintain its small town feel while growing to a population of over 47,000. Parker real estate has rebounded nicely over the last 18 months. Homes for sale in Parker are down significantly from the higher inventory of just two years ago. This month Parker is hosting the prestigious  Solheim Cup at the Colorado Golf Club.
