People with past foreclosures or short sales may now be able to buy a home.

The Federal Housing Administration recently announced it would start insuring loans for home buyers who had a foreclosure or short sale during the recession. This is a pretty big announcement. It represents a second chance for many people who thought home ownership was no longer an option for several years.
