While there are guidelines, it is possible to enjoy house hunting once again. Safety is a priority so you will need to wear a mask and gloves, avoid touching surfaces and limit the people viewing the home to those actually involved in the purchase. Sellers are turning on lights and opening interior doors and cabinets so you can conveniently see inside closets etc.
Office visits are also back. Fortunately our office space allows for social distancing and we provide masks, gloves and hand sanitizer.
