Dave Kupernik is great. My wife and I used Dave to help us find our first home together. Dave was able to clearly explain the process and answer any questions we had throughout the purchasing experience. Dave provided detailed descriptions of each home we went to see on a given day which allowed us to compare homes as we traveled between showings. Dave was also able to keep up with the fast market in Denver and schedule showings quickly as new properties became available. I would recommend Dave to my friends and family if there were trying to buy or sell a home.

Dave Kupernik is a Godsend!! I had a very wonderful experience with Daves help and support selling my townhome! Dave is very personable and very interested in his clients.
