As you have surely noticed by now there is a lot of activity at the southwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and Chambers Road. There will soon be more homes for sale in Parker. This is a new residential development called Sierra Ridge. The plan allows up to 1,600 residential units. There will be single and multifamily built in the development. The plan also calls for a 10 acre elementary school site with surrounding trails and playgrounds as well as a community center and parks. Here is a site map of what Douglas County approved.
